For the 2026 season, we are introducing our brand-new Exhaust Pro and Exhaust Lite fabrics.

While we modified our old Exhaust fabric to be PFAS-free, we knew that we could up the ante. Now, we have. Our new Exhaust Pro and Exhaust Lite fabrics have been designed from the ground up to be PFAS-free, made from recycled materials, and direct competitors to the best waterproof breathable fabrics on the market. 

These new fabrics, unlike traditional ones, have also been redesigned from the ground up for use in paddle sports applications. They have the same premium feel that customers have grown accustomed to, while exceeding their expectations in terms of real-world performance.

In lab tests, these fabrics have proven to be substantially more breathable and waterproof than Level Six's current fabrics. However, in the real world, every single tester has observed better results than what was observed in the lab. This is a huge leap forward for Level Six's fabric construction and we cannot wait for you to try it.

Our new Exhaust Pro fabric is our top-of-the-line 3.0-ply fabric, replacing Exhaust 3.0. It is the foundation for our next-generation dry suits and other premium pieces that require exceptional durability. This new fabric is more waterproof, more breathable, and of a higher quality than anything that has come before. All while being PFAS-free and recycled... Yes, we know all companies say that about every new fabric, but from one group of
gear nerds to another, this stuff is awesome. 

However, our new dry suits are more than just an incredible fabric. They have a brand-new fit that provides an uninhibited range of motion that few have seen in a dry suit before. This is assisted by a slight amount of two-way stretch built into our Exhaust Pro fabric. This delivers an enhanced and dynamic fit that works with you instead of against you.

Exhaust Lite is our most breathable and comfortable fabric to date—crafted from 2.5-ply material that’s purpose-built for dry and semi-dry pieces. Designed for paddlers who demand performance and premium comfort. This lightweight fabric delivers without the weight of traditional dry wear.

In addition to meeting our performance standards. It also delivers on our sustainability mandate of being PFAS-free and recycled. Exhaust Lite is the real deal when it comes to next-to-skin comfort and all-day breathability.
