Online Return and Exchange Policies

Level Six is happy to accept product returns or exchanges within 30 days of the date of purchase. The returned or exchanged product must be unused and returned in the original manufacturer packaging with the original product hang tags attached. All product returned or exchanged will be inspected upon its arrival at Level Six.

Return or exchange items that are to be sent must be clean, new, and have all tags. Returned items containing dirt, dust, chemical smells, stains, or animal hair, or with missing tags, cannot be resold at the regular price. Level Six shall charge a 5% to 30% restocking fee, depending on the severity of the issues. The restocking fee percentage will be determined at the sole discretion of Level Six, and the percentage charge will be deducted from your refund. 

Returned items that are not in new condition may be subject to a $65 cleaning charge, at the sole discretion of Level Six.

All customers outside of Canada it is your responsibility to pay for shipping back to us.
