Every year in April the New Haven River Breaks through its accumulated winter ice and begins to flow again. Every year in April the locals organize one of the toughest, most technical, and most fun races in New England. The New Haven Ledges Race. This year there was a huge turn out with over 50 competitors and tons of spectators!
