Level Six - COVID-19 Statement

In the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic, we have taken a few steps to reduce the spread of the virus. Level Six is still operating as usual with a few exceptions. All staff who are non-essential to the daily in-office/in-warehouse operations are working from home. The entire team working remotely still has access to emails and phone lines. We are still able to assist our customers during our normal business hours, from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM EST, Monday through Friday 

Our webstore is still open and operational, and the shipping team is still hard at work packing and shipping orders out on-time. We are continuing to process warranty and repair requests but ask that you please follow the process via our website. We have suspended our in-store pick-up option as a precaution until further notice. We apologize for any inconvenience this causes and we will be in contact with customers who have scheduled order pick-ups to make other arrangements.

As a safety precaution we ask that you please do not come to our warehouse until further notice. This is essential to keeping you and our staff safe.

This pandemic has cast a lot of uncertainty within our industry, we encourage everyone to support their local businesses at this time. If you’ve had to cancel your travel plans or vacations, consider supporting a local paddling outfitter this summer. Our heart goes out to those affected by the COVID-19 outbreak and we hope everyone stays healthy and safe.
