General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR) Compliance Statement

Effective December 2024, Level Six Inc. complies with the General Product Safety Regulation (EU)  2019/1020, ensuring that all products placed on the European Union market meet applicable safety  standards.

Our Authorized Representative ensures compliance with EU regulations, acts as a liaison with market  surveillance authorities, and facilitates product traceability across the supply chain as required under the  GPSR. 

Product Traceability 

To support regulatory compliance, Level Six ensures that all products are traceable through the supply  chain. Information to identify products, their components, and economic operators is maintained in  accordance with GPSR requirements (Article 18). Each product includes a tag displaying a PO lot  number to ensure easy identification and tracking. 

Incident and Recall Reporting 

In the event of a safety issue or product recall, Level Six and its Authorized Representative cooperate  fully with EU market surveillance authorities to ensure rapid and effective resolution, safeguarding  consumer safety.
