The individual items used for the Dry Deck Assembly Service, as well as the service itself, is not eligible for returns or refunds.
Once your order is received, our customer service team will reach out to verify your intake form with your measurements and product sizes before we begin the dry deck assembly.
Orders get initially shipped from our warehouse in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada, to our European warehouse located in the Netherlands via UPS. This allows us to collect VAT and pay for all import duties and customs processing fees on your behalf. VAT is already included in the price. No surprise fees on your end when your package arrives. Your parcel is then shipped to you by local courier (DPD) via the Netherlands.
