How to measure
  • Foot length: using a measuring tape, measure from the back or central part of the heel to the longest toe. After taking your measurement, use the foot measurement table to find your USA shoe size, then read that size off the sock size table.

    Shipping to Europe:

    Orders get initially shipped from our warehouse in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada, to our European warehouse located in the Netherlands via UPS. This allows us to collect VAT and pay for all import duties and customs processing fees on your behalf. VAT is already included in the price. No surprise fees on your end when your package arrives. Your parcel is then shipped to you by local courier (DPD) via the Netherlands.

    All orders are shipped every Wednesday from Canada to our Netherlands warehouse. The estimated delivery time shown at checkout is from our Ottawa warehouse to your location. Please allow 1-3 extra business days for the goods to ship from the Netherlands to you. The UPS tracking number is the transit time from Canada to the Netherlands.
