Orders get initially shipped from our warehouse in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada to our European warehouse located in the Netherlands. This allows us to collect VAT and pay for all import duties and custom processing fees on your behalf. VAT is already included in the price.
All orders are shipped every Friday from Canada to our Netherlands warehouse. Estimated delivery time shown at checkout is from our Netherlands warehouse to your location. Please allow 4-5 extra business days for the goods to ship from Canada to the Netherlands.
